The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Babita Devi assaulted the daughter of informant causing swelling in her right eye.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. The alleged occurrence took place due to admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

No.17496 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Munger in connection with Naya-Ram-Nagar P.S.
