02. 16.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in Karja P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Ms. Kalpana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur or her successor. Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Court below which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court.
