Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 19.5 litres of country made liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
