The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the Mustard field which does not belong to the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16840 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
