The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had sent one Shailendra Kumar to appear in the examination in his place and the said Shailendra Kumar was arrested while appearing in the examination hall and was expelled. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no knowledge how the said Shailendra Kumar appeared in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32469 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 examination and was found appearing in place of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is a young boy and if the petitioner is sent to jail, his career will be spoiled. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
