At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that for the same occurrence, three cases were lodged against the petitioner and several other accused and in one case i.e. Raxaul Rail P. S. case no. 5/2015, petitioner has been admitted to anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah District West Champaran.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that in Raxaul Rail P.
