JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order passed by the commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga which was issued by the Secretary to the Commissioner vide Memo No. 168 dated 21-3-2023 whereby District Programme Officer, Samastipur was directed to make sure the appointment of Respondent No.7 on the post of Anganwari Sevika at centre No. 192 with immediate effect without hearing the petitioner and without deciding the appeal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5000 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 (ii) For quashing of order contained as memo No. 203 dated 2-5-2023 issued by Child Development Project Officer, Singhia where by the petitioner was directed to hand over the charge of Anganwari Sevika to Respondent No.7.

(iii) For direction to Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari centre No.192 at village-Nimi Panchayat Kundal 2 ward Samastipur. no. 5 District-Samastipur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
