Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harshidhi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act to which section 302 I.P.C. was added later on. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. The present first information report has been lodged after delay of 6 days without any explanation. Neither anything specific has been alleged against this petitioner nor any material has come during investigation. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.02.2018. No.40563 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harshidhi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017.
