Perused the impugned order, from which it appears that the petition filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC in an eviction suit on behalf of the defendant has been rejected.

After going through the impugned order this Court finds that the learned Court below has given correct reasons for dismissing the prayer made on behalf of the defendant for rejection of the plaint. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
