This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of the O.P Nos. 2 to 6, who were granted Anticipatory Bail on 11.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55128 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55128 of 2015, O.P. Nos. 2 to 6 were allowed bail after appearing before the trial Court and thereafter they used to tease and harass the petitioner in the village. Under the above facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21784 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 I do not find any material in the application to show about misuse of the privilege of bail by the O.P. Nos. 2 to 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
