2. The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to the expeditious disposal of the Election Dispute Case No. 217 of 2020

Patna High Court CWJC No.4132 of 2023 dt.10-10-2023 2/3 which is pending before the Joint Registrar Co-operative Society Magadh Division, Gaya Since 2020. It is submitted across the Board that since the election dispute having been raised way back in the year 2020, till date the same has not been brought to its logical conclusion, compelling the petitioner to approach before this Court by filing the present writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondents especially the joint Registrar, who is in seisin of the matter, to dispose of the election dispute case expeditiously.

3. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has brought on record all the relevant facts and the materials before the learned Joint Registrar Cooperative Society, which are thus required to be considered while disposing the election dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as the private respondents has no objection with regard to the disposal of the election dispute.

5. In view of the nature of the grievance, the present writ petition stands dispose of with a direction to he Joint Registrar Cooperative Society, Magadh Division, Gaya to consider the election dispute and disposed of the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, as the matter is pending since, 2020.
