3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that upon revalidation of the sanction/Gratuity Payment Order, the same have been sent to the treasury for payment on 18.12.2017.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and accordingly, the writ petition stands
