Petitioner who was indulged in guessing was apprehended and on search Rs.2750/- cash, a diary, twenty one packet of ganja totaling 50 gm, mobile were seized from his physical possession and for that he happens to be under custody since 04.10.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Shisupal Prakash is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59461 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-cum-District & Sessions Judge at Patna in connection with Special Case No.145/2017 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No.299/2017.
