The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 130 of 2014 under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Sabir Ahmad and Rajesh Kumar having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide common order dated 19.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Nos. 8383 of 2015 and 21178 of 2015. It is further contended that another coaccused Binod Kumar has also been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 09.07.2015 vide Criminal Misc. no. 23780 of 2015. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
