The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 975 of 2016 dated 13.12.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that around 160 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
