The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 registered under Sections 30/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the owner of the alleged vehicle, which was used at the relevant time for carrying spare parts of cycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no concerned with the recovered materials. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34049 of 2018(3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
