JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 It is submitted by Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 17.03.2017 passed in ABP No.659 of 2017 in Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran at Chapra had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposing condition to pay rupees fifty eight thousand to the informant of the case in two monthly instalments.

The said order has been challenged by the petitioner in the present case preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, during pendency of the present application, the petitioner intends to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
