The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide detailed order dated 06.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18536 of 2020.

By order dated 13.04.2022, report was called for from the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, regarding the stage of trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S. Case No.117 of 2019.

Perused the report at 'Flag-R'.

The learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai reported that the case is currently at the stage of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17904 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 evidence since 19.01.2021 and approximately two years time is required for conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 21⁄2 years. Taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S.
