JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to the show cause filed in the present case to submit that the difference of salary qua the petitioner, for the period April, 2007 to June, 2020, totalling to a sum of Rs. 23,18,605/- has already been paid to the petitioner, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.9.2020, passed in CWJC No. 7600 of 2020.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought,
