The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of IPC.

Allegation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and to have disposed of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. In fact, the deceased was pregnant and she consumed medicine and due to reaction of medicine she died. The informant had been informed and she also participated in the funeral but later on, she had lodged

He has further submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, Suresh Yadav @ Suresh Singh, father-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 8770 of 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks the above named petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad (Mahila) P. S. Case No. 72 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
