KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rampur P. S. Case no. 69 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged by informant in his FIR that petitioner fired on him from back while he was fleeing away and, as such, no injury was sustained by him.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 02.05.2017 and he has been implicated in the present case because of business rivalry between them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
