SINHA) Date: 04-02-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant has chosen to withdraw the appeal with liberty to raise the plea raised in the memorandum of appeal before the Court below in the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 163 of 2010 that there ought not to have been substantial reduction in maintenance amount.
As prayed for by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Misc. Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid with direction to the court below to dispose of the matrimonial case itself within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
