The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 23.04.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26478 of 2019.
By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but subject to her surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks of the passing of the order.
The petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period due to some unavoidable reasons. For the reasons stated in the petition, the prayer is allowed.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17792 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 The order dated 23.04.2019 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions which were fixed on 23.04.2019.
The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
The modification petition stands allowed and disposed off.
