Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.182 of 2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 399, 402, 216A and 353 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner, no one was injured in the case, petitioner has been in custody since 24.11.2015 having no criminal antecedent and another co-accused Ajay Bhagat has been admitted to bail by this Court by order dated 26.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16420 of 2016. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57487 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2 /2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S.
