2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 22(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 45(xii) of the Prison Act.

3. There is recovery of 30 gms. of ganja from the petitioner which is a small quantity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19111 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the recovery of small quantity of ganja, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024.
