The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B), 201, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case for blackmailing or extorting money from the petitioners and his family members.The petitioners are brother-in-law of deceased and they are living separately in mess and management since 1⁄2 year and they have

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.
