The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 365, 364A, 411 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused during investigation of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019. He was never put on T.I.P. during investigation which is already complete nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14905 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 41 of 2013, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
