JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities particularly the District Collector, Bhagalpur (Respondent No.5) to take

Patna High Court CWJC No.8658 of 2021(2) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 proper adequate legal action in accordance with law in the light of Memo No. 213, dated 01.07.2020, issued by the respondent no.8 to prevent child marriage in society.

ii. For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 and 2 to take proper legal department action against responsible authority in not discharging their legal duty to implement the scheme of Government in preventing child marriage even after application of petitioner.

iii. For issuance of direction to the respondent no. 4 to lodge the F.I.R. against all erring party in allowing child marriage in contravention of scheme and Act of the same and in defeating the social scheme of the Government after fixing their liability to embolden to the law breakers in not obeying the existing law and to allow child marriage in society." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, i.e. respondent no. 5 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
