2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suppl. Muffasil P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Shambhu Singh on the order of the petitioner, assaulted the informant on his head with an intention to kill him and petitioner also snatched gold chain of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner stays in Vishakhapatnam and due to land dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned court below in connection with Suppl. Muffasil P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
