10-08-2015 After some argument, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ranvijay Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 18, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as and when cause of action arises.

The prayer is allowed.
