The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant's side sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18471 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 dispute between the parties. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also sustained injuries. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.11.2022. Moreover, other co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55250 of 2022.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022.
