2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 for the offence alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 434, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act having earlier been rejected by order dated 01.02.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 76876 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
