The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 25 (1-B) a/26/35 Arms Act.

Allegedly, from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge of .315 bore was recovered and he is in custody since 15.03.2018.

Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and by remaining in custody he has sufficiently been penalized, to which the learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the

No.37092 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
