2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 326, 354, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner fired from country made Katta due to which brother of informant got injury and he fell down on the ground. The doctor has found the injury caused by fire arm.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre arrest bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
