JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 507 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on protest being made by the informant for demolishing his newly constructed house, the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant whereas coaccused Bir Bahadur assaulted with rami on the right wrist of the informant and others assaulted with lathi.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury on the head of the informant has been found to superficial simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
