Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.12.2017 passed in connection with Cr. Misc. No.61861 of 2017 (Annexure-1). From the impugned order itself, it is evident that the charge has already been framed. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.04.2017. Considering the period of detention since 17.04.2017, the petitioner, Md. Hadish @ Md. Hadis is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Session Judge, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case
