JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307 & 302 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general allegation against these petitioners of having surrounded, whereas allegation of firing is against other accused persons. He submits that the Police in course of investigation has found allegation against them to be false.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21520 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IIIrd, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2009.
