Patna High Court MJC No.809 of 2020(4) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 order dated 12.03.2018, passed in C.W.J.C.

No. 1922 of 2018 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah.

3. The show cause on behalf of opposite party no. 3, the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Saran is on record and as per Paragraph-5 and 6, the arrear of salary (Rs. 8,32,093/-) has already been released through different treasury bills.

4. The concerned annexure is also on record.
