2 A perusal of the order reveals that the impugned order passed by the Authority does not contain any reason, bereft of reasons.

3 Having regard to the same, the impugned order is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the authority for passing orders afresh duly taking into consideration the explanation submitted by the petitioner.

7 The writ petition stands disposed of.
