The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.03.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2013 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for offence under Section 239 Cr.P.C. Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 13.03.2015 taking cognizance against the petitioners for offence under Section 239 Cr.P.C is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all his grievances
