The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dhankund P.S. Case No.76 of 2018 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant alleged that after her marriage with Sanjeev Kumar Singh on 15.06.2015 she went to her sasural but after sometime her husband used to come to his house after taking wine. Her husband subjected her to all sorts of torture due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry. She further alleged that her father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant. They have no manner of concern with the informant and her husband. They are living separately. Having considered the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant and they are living separately, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No.76 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
