The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is to have caught hold of the informant and allegation against co-accused Sudhir Saw is to have given scissors blow to the informant in his stomach.

It is submitted that Sudhir Saw has been granted regular bail by the Court below. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32529 of 2014 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks the above named petitioners will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Khaira P. S. Case No. 2 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
