Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons have forged and fabricated documents to get the job of Anganbari Sevika. Petitioner No. 1 is the husband of Petitioner No. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 has already lost her job and it cannot be said that she has forged and fabricated documents to get the job of Anganbari Sevika.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21555 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Jee, J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1048 (c) of 2015, with the condition that petitioner no. 1 would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till one witness is examined in the trial, failing which his bail bond would be cancelled.
