08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per First Information Report, the allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of informant's wife by knife.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case and both sides have received injury. As per injury report (Annexure - 2), the injury found on the informant's wife is simple in nature by the doctor. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15111 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
