JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 This appeal has come at the instance of the counsel for the appellant for modification in para two of the order dated 7.11.2017 wherein inadvertently P.S.Case number as well as sections of the Indian Penal Code has been wrongly typed as "Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.275 of 2015" registered for the offence under Section 394 of the I.P.C." in place of " Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No.106 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act". As such, second paragraph of the order dated 7.11.2017 be read as " Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2777 of 2017 (4) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act."

Thus, the order dated 7.11.2017 is modified to the extent stated above.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
