The petitioner seeks bail in Basopatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., co-accused Sakkal Chaudhary is suspected to be involved in the murder of the informant's husband.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and her name transpired during the course of investigation. The only material against the petitioner is that this petitioner was found in objectionable condition with Sakkal Chaudhary by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17628 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 the deceased. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 22.06.2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and period of custody undergone by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021.
