====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.3.2018, seeks bail in Dhanarua PS Case No. 421 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that the informant was intercepted on the way by the accused persons, co-villagers, and Munna, Pappu and Dharmendra shot at him and one fire hit in his abdomen.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the fard beyan was given after lapse of two days, there is allegation of three persons opening fire but only one injury has been found upon the informant and one of the co-accused Pappu was granted bail earlier by this Court, the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 24.3.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Munna Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua PS Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39476 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
