JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Elementary Teacher within Baheri Block of Darbhanga District on the ground of his being a successful candidate in the eligibility test held in the month of December, 2011 or any other consequential relief to the petitioner for which the petitioner may be legally entitled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga for his redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13665 of 2014 (2) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
