2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is not named in the FIR but during investigation, his name has come.

4. The blood stained towel (gamcha) of the deceased was recovered at the instance of the co-accused. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19051 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 co-accused.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
