Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.08.2019 in Birpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and his name came in this case in course of investigation. However, the FIR named accused Rohit Singh as well as Ranjit Singh have been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this Court. Moreover, the allegation of dashing the deceased is against co-accused Ashish Singh @ Raja.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.20107 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2020 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2019.
